Busing K to Grade 8

West Chester
In accordance with Act 372, the WCASD Transportation Office is requiring each family to complete a Non-Public Student Transportation Request Form. Busing arrangements cannot be made for any non-public student unless this form is received. You may click here to access the form. Students requiring busing to child care providers or for custody situations must complete a Daycare Provider/Alternative Bus Stop form. These forms may be found on the transportation page of the district’s website, http://www.wcasd.net/transportation, along with links to weather-related and general busing information (click here for Weather-Related Busing for Non-public school). In order to guarantee transportation for the start of the school year, the request form must be received in the Transportation Office by July 1, 2024. Bus assignments are expected to be sent out to parents around the week of August 19, 2024. West Chester will honor 9 early dismissals for the 2024-2025 school year.

Great Valley
Any students who would like transportation must fill out the appropriate Act 372 form to the district.   You may click here to access the electronic form. If you prefer to fill a non-electronic form and send to [email protected], please contact the school office, [email protected]. Any requests received after August 1 may not receive transportation information until September 16th. You may find general transportation information along with weather related delays and and closings on the district's website page https://www.gvsd.org/transportation. Great Valley School District will honor 5 early dismissals for the 2024-2025 school year.

It is mandatory to fill out the following form and submit it by June 15, 2024 to secure bus transportation for the 2024-2025 school year. Unionville-Chadds Ford
Please click here for the Non-Public Student Request for Transportation. This form needs to be completed every year, so even if you are receiving transportation now, you still need to complete a new form for the 2024-2025 school year. Registration with the Unionville Chadds Ford School District must be completed before the district may provide transportation. This is to provide proof of residency. This step only needs to be completed for new students or students who have not registered yet. Click here to complete this step. Unionville School District will honor 6 early dismissals for the 2024-2025 school year.
