2025-2026 School Year Admissions
We are currently scheduling tours for families interested in the 2025-2026 school year. In late November, we will begin accepting applications for siblings of current Saints Simon and Jude School students. In mid-December, we will start accepting applications for new students (whose families have completed a school tour). Please review the admissions process below.

SSJ Admissions Process

STEP 1 - INQUIRY FORM & SCHOOL TOUR
To request information or to schedule a tour, please click here and fill out an inquiry form on our FACTS Admissions/Enrollment site. Student Shadow Days are also available for older school students.

STEP 2 - APPLICATION
Saints Simon and Jude School is happy to receive applications from all interested families. If there is limited availability in a class, we follow the below order of acceptance. A link to submit an application will be emailed to all families who have completed the inquiry form and a school tour.

STEP 3 - ENROLLMENT PACKET/PAYMENT PLAN
If your application is approved for admissions, you will receive an email notification to complete Step 3. The email will include instructions to create a Family Portal and complete an enrollment packet. As a part of the process, you will be asked to enroll in a FACTS Payment Plan and upload additional documents (birth certificate, medical & immunization records, etc.).
 

Important Kindergarten & Preschool Requirements

SSJ offers a 3-year-old and 4-year-old preschool program. Children must be 3 or 4 by September 1. All children must be potty trained. Click here to view our Bathroom Policy.

Those registering for Kindergarten must be 5 years old and those registering for Grade 1 must be 6 years old before September 1. No exceptions to the above age requirements can be made.

Order of Acceptance (if limited availability)

1. SSJ families/parishioners who already have children in the school.
2. SSJ families/parishioners who are registering their oldest child and a younger sibling in the school for the first time.
3. SSJ families/parishioners who are registering their oldest child in the school for the first time.
4. SSJ families/parishioners who are registering their child/ren.
5. Non-SSJ parishioners who belong to another parish and have received the approval of their Pastor.
6. Non-SSJ parishioners who are not Catholic.
